Ethiopia

Ethiopia, in the Horn of Africa, is a landlocked country that sits at the North end of the Great Rift Valley. The country is rich in ancient culture. Attractions include 3-million-year-old archeological sites, 12th century rock-cut churches in Lalibela, vast landscapes of the Simian Mountains, the so-called home to the Arc of the Covenant in Aksum, and the ancient tribes of the Omo River Valley.
