Tanzania

Tanzania is an East African country known for its vast wilderness areas, such as the Serengeti, Selous, Ruaha, Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Moyowosi, and Mahale Mountain National Park. These conservation areas are home to the many of the Big 5 and an abundance of plains game.

On the northern border with Kenya, lies Mount Kilimanjaro, the tallest peak in Africa (19,341 ft.) and one of the 7 summits of the world. Another popular attraction is the Ngorongoro Crater, which is located in the north between Arusha and the Serengeti. Off the coast of Dar es Salaam are the tropical islands of Zanzibar which offer superb diving, fishing and beautiful white sand beaches.
